Wow. That's really cool. Except for Drysdale lol. He should have stayed with the Dodgers.

When I think of all those baseball cards I used to have it makes me sick. We used to flip them against the wall to win or lose. And put them in bike wheels to make noise.

Yup me too had 1000's of them going back to 1952 my mother threw them all out

1952 sounds about right for me too. Born in Dec45. Stacks of cards. And a sore jaw from chewing all that fleer gum.

Welcome to the thread. Hey I forgot the Mantle was out for that series. In my replay Ford was out most of the season and the burden fell on Ralph Terry to win game 7.

The good old days "the boys of summer" when I was a kid we played baseball almost 24 7 in the summer. Now kids sit around and play their Playstations what a waste of time lol
