Adding historical players to Cooperstown league
I have enjoyed playing franchise greats leagues for many years now (Tony LaRussa's Ultimate Baseball, Oldtime Baseball - that was a fun game, Diamond Mind, and now OTTP). I like the league template Cooperstown created but there are some players I want to add. I'm getting really low ratings for HOF pitchers whether I use Gambo, Spritze, or the Lehman database for importing historical players into the league. Lefty Gomez imports as a one star player recommended for the bullpen when I import his 1934 unbelievable season. I'm new to the game so I assume I'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'll be re-importing for 11
Hey,
I've updated the roster and will be re-importing the new file when 11 comes out. I am certain it will be even better with the new additions to the game. I also have made quite a few change to the rosters, players from 1900-2009 have been added as logical replacements. Two versions of the file, it will have Neutralized and Real Stat version of the files. The new files will also now contain R/L splits for both versions, I gave in to the logic of it :P Coop |
