The Greatest Players

In the historical players area of the game. It would be nice to form teams consisting of the greatest players having played on a team. For instance, the Greatest Yankees team would have, Ruth, Gehrig, mantle, Dimaggio, Berra, Guidry, Ford, Jeter, Gossage, Hunter, Combs, etc. The Red Sox team would have: Williams, Young, Speaker, etc. and so on with the Orioles, and all other teams. Then you could play a season(s) using these teams. The Greatest of the Greats all assembled on one team using their best season. Can this be accomplished with the current game, or part of the OOTP 11???

Yes, but you have to import the players individually and assemble the teams yourself.

It is possible though, to import a specific team from a specific year, such as the 27 Yankees, 75 Reds, etc.

Yes. In your game, go to league setup, then edit league structure. There you can import historical teams.

For individual players, go to league free agents. There you can import individual players.

The true test of a fan's mettle is the same as it is for a player: Were you there when you were needed?
