BZ 3113: Choice of browser in Game Preferences does not save

Under Game Preferences, the choice of using the in game browser or external browser does not save. It always defaults back to in game browser.

Meaning that you can never actually change this preference at all or that it resets when saving your game or that it resets when restarting the OOTP application?

It goes back to "use in game browser" after closing the game. All other settings under preferences seem to save across sessions OK, just this one doesn't. When I reopen the game, the "use external browser" is NOT selected.

I have confirmed this is a bug by duplicating it on my PC. Stand by for a BZ number.
