BZ 3034: OVR Higher than POT
I have at least three players that have OVR ratings higher than their POT ratings. It works no matter whether the ratings are set to "stars" or "20-80" or whatever.
It seems odd to me that an OVR should be higher than POT. On the 20-80 scale, they are rated as follows OVR/POT 74/39 71/37 55/29 |

I went over to the "Global Setup" and un-clicked the "Use Complete Scouting System" box and then went back and looked at the same screen/data.
Now, the numbers for the players appear as follows: OVR/POT 68/35 68/35 48/23 |

While it's not a "fix" my observation is that those type of ratings issues correct themselves over the course of a few weeks. I had a relief pitcher who imported at 97 OVR and POT of 21 on July 31. By September he was 27/46.
