BZ 3187: Vanishing Filters

I had the same problem in v9, only on my Vista64 pc.

At times, some of my search filters vanish from the bar, leaving an empty space. In v9, crashes were common after this happens. It just happened to me during a draft. In this case, i can leave the draft screen and come back to fix the problem. If it happens during a game, it's a much bigger problem. IE. I need to replace my pitcher, the substitution screen is just showing my batters, and my filter to switch to pitchers is missing.

I used to see this issue constantly in OOTP 9, but to be honest I've never run into it in OOTP X during the whole beta test process.

It happens to me regularly on the player shortlist.

It happens to me all of the time when I go to free agents and choose "show all players". The position filter is always missing and I have to click another tab and then return in order for it to be there.

I had it happen once really early in beta during an inaugural draft, but wasn't able to reproduce it. I haven't had it happen again.
