BZ 3205: Weird Potential Reported from Scout
The screenshot really says it all. Why would a scout rate this guy with an 80 potential? Even if he was a bad scout, he's got potential ratings that equal his current. I have AI evaluation set on default.

I've lumped the noted threads along with this one into BZ 3205 indicating the whole OVR and POT concept is need of a review and comment, with or without scouting.
I'll add threads or merge them as need be to support the idea that communicating the evaluations are not as friendly or understandable as I think was intended. Feel free to post a thread or thought to assist me in that endeavor - or tell me I'm way off base, but to me it's an area that can use a quick once over.
