BZ 3240: Ask AI to Complete Minor League System doesn't work well with ghost players
This option isn't working correctly. It's assigning most of my players to AAA and AA and very few are being sent to 'A'. Most recently no players were assigned to 'A' even though my Minor League System Report suggests most of my players belong in 'A'. So I have to manually promote and demote players and I would prefer not to have to do this micromanaging.
Some background: I have two 10 team leagues, I have three minor leagues AAA, AA and A, I play with ghost players, my draft is only 6 rounds. Thanks. |

Thanks for the reply SteveP!
I think you're on the right track about ghost players, but when running a test I was still having problems with fictional players. Anyway, having fictional players would kind of defeat the purpose of what I was trying to accomplish, having a minimal amount of minor leaguers which I could keep track of easily. I've had a 'house rule' of a maximum of 48 minor leaguers at the start of any season for the past few versions of OOTP for my solo leagues. This allows me to get rid of the dead weight and become more familiar with each minor leaguer. |
