BZ 3005: Pitcher Duplication Problem In-game

I was performing a double-switch by replacing my catcher with a pitcher in the bullpen. My mouse slipped and I dropped the pitcher way off to the left of the screen. Understandably, instead of replacing the catcher I wanted, the pitcher just took place of the pitcher. Not a bug. But, when I went into the game, I noticed that not only was the new pitcher on the mound, he was also playing center field. I returned to the substitutions tab, and there he was in both places in the lineup, playing CF and P.

BZ 3005 covers the problems with having a pitcher appearing in the lineup twice, though it's based on doing it a different way. I'll add this thread as a comment to that bug.
