BZ 3218: Almanac HTML Scoreboard Misbeahaving

In OOTP 9 the HTML output by the Almanac included a set of dropdowns on the scoreboard that allowed you to navigate throughout the season. The same dropdowns are present in the HTML output by the Almanac in OOTP 10, but they don't seem to work for navigating.

Compare:

OOTP 9 Scoreboard vs OOTP 10 Scoreboard

to see this in action (or inaction, as the case may be).

I've confirmed this on Safari, Firefox and Camino on a Mac running OS X 10.4.11.

Obviously this isn't terribly critical, but I figured it should be noted somewhere.

I also find this particularly annoying, though you can manually edit the URL to get to a particular date.

Fixed! Additionally, the in-game HTML parser will completely ignore script tags now. So, using JavaScript code which uses < and > will not produce parser errors anymore.
