BZ 3225: Minor Lg DL
When a minor lgr is ready to come off the DL, there is no option when you click "Transaction" to return him to his last team. All the other teams in the system come up (plus "release", "designate for assignment", etc), but not the team he was last on (so you have to designate for assignment and then send him back from there).
Should be like the"Place on active roster" click for major lgrs coming off DL. Not a big thing, but an unnecessary extra step |

Markus has said that "Place on Active Roster" places the player back on the minor league roster that the player came from.
