BZ 3256: Missing Help Link

This is a minor issue but thought I would note it anyway. I was able to use the online manual to look at the help so I'm not in need of any immediate help.

Version: 10.0.7
PC/MAC: PC
What were you doing? Checking out the help screen for the inaugural draft.
What happened?

I started a new draft league and just before the draft I received the following:

Attention!

The following event has not been finished yet:
MLB Inaugural Draft
You are now take to the draft screen. Please use the "Continue Draft"-button in order to switch to the main draft screen where you can draft players. Good luck!

When I click the "Help" button I get a window with the follow displayed:

Headline
Content... File name = help_22000028.tpl

Below that I saw a note that read:
This help page retrieved from your local machine. Last updated from our online manual on 2009-06-10 10:53:21
help_22000028.html

Reproducible? Yes
