BZ 3353: Inherited runners at start of inning?
M. Harrison pitches the top of the 8th inning, which ends with the NY Yankees trailing 6-0. The Yankees score 10 times in the bottom of the 8th to take a 10-6 lead. Closer D. Smith comes in, pitches the 9th, and the Yankees win 10-6. The box score credits D. Smith with a save (incorrect), and with two inherited runners that did not score.
Possible cause or contributing factor: I'm using the warmup rule, had Smith start warming up in the bottom of the 8th when the score got close, and when he showed as "ready", I inserted him into the current pitcher's slot while the Yankees were still batting.
