BZ 3373: No International Scouting Finds using MLB Quickstart

I have run a number of different test leagues with the MLB 09 Quickstart and have never been able to find any International Free Agents. I have a generous scouting budget and have the "Create and Maintain Hidden Players" option checked. It is a problem a number of people have had and has been discussed in these threads:

I was just wondering if this has been addressed in Patch #2.

Hi there,

Thanks for your post, and sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The first few weeks after the release are always pretty busy around here!

I have logged this as BZ 3373, and will get Markus to take a look at it at his earliest convenience. Hopefully we can get this rectified.

This issue has been reported fixed in the upcoming patch, but has yet to be verified by a tester.
