BZ 3241: Page not locking

I am including a pic of the page

When looking at the roster page and lets say I look at Tommy Davis's profile. When I right click, the page scrolls back to the top of the page which means when I want to look at players on the bottom of the page I have to constantly scroll down to the bottom. In OOTP9 the page would lock when you scrolled down and look at a players profile'

It also does this when look at team lineup page before starting a game

I've reopened BZ 3241 with this as MH claims it works for him. I have managed to replicate your issue no problem.
