BZ 3448: Reserve Roster - Minor League Contract

The AI can sign players to a minor league contract and place on the reserve roster. These players may never reach free agency since they accrue no ML service time and minor league free agency does not exist with reserve rosters.

I would suggest that either players must be given a Major League contract to be placed on the reserve roster, or else minor league free agency should apply to reserve rosters. Perhaps the latter option is the most flexible.

I never realized this. Certainly, reserve roster players ought to reach free agency. Just to verify, this league has financials enabled and is running version 10.2.16?
