BZ 3457: In-game Defensive Strategy does not work

The Defensive Strategy option seems to have no effect. According to the manual, this is supposed to determine who controls the fielder positioning. However, it seems that this is really controlled by the Pitching Strategy.

I had already posted a BZ about this. Markus decided to put off dealing with it. Don't remember the #, and can't find it, probably because it got shelved as a "later" item.
