BZ 3466: Stamina too low for historical pitchers

I posted this in general discussions and realize it should be here. I have no idea what to do other than start this thread again here:

I know this area was reworked but I have a question about it. I chose to have my pitcher import based on their career role/stamina rather than have it based on import season or 3 season period. Problem is I have a number of pitchers import with a stamina rating of 5 or below on a 1-100 scale who were starting pitchers for most of their careers (but not in their rookie seasons). One example is Rick Sutcliffe. He imported with a stamina of 2 even though he started in 392 of 457 career games. Mario Soto had a stamina of 1 even though he started 224 of 297 games. Britt Burns has a stamina of 1 but started 161 of 193 games. All of these imported with only 2 pitches as well. No way they will ever become starters even though they were for the large majority of their careers. Has to be a problem with the import routine as I am constantly having to edit pitchers to make them able to start.

Just imported 1986 rookies. Kevin Brown is a perfect example of this problem. He imports with a stamina of 2 on the 1-100 scale even though he only pitched in relief 10 times in 486 career games and none until his seventh season. He pitched in 1 game (a start) for 5 innings in his rookie season.
