List of Existing Leagues Converting to OOTP11

According to the latest RTR, the PEBA and SGCBL are both planning on moving to OOTP11 (see the link for when).

What others are planning on moving to OOTP11? Do you have an idea of when they'll convert?

Here's a thread asking about new leagues.
