With the announcement that the latest OOTPX patch is due out later today, I am finally able to release this patch.
IMPORTANT: Do not use this patch until exporting SQL files from the new OOTPX patch (10.4)! If you are using the development tracker, be sure to use this patch as soon as you upgrade, or your development will not be correct.

There is a patch readme file included. I have not updated the utility's readme, so all the enhancements are in this new readme. There's no conversion required for this patch, although there is one additional SQL file needed from the OOTP data dump. Details in the patch readme.

You will need to have StatsLab Patch 1 installed before you can take this patch, as it only includes updated files.

Enhancement List:
- New Hall of Fame voting module
- New Widgets feature - allows you to generate small HTML files containing tables of standings or stats leaders that can be displayed on your league home page
- New Milestones page lets you see who's approaching a statistical milestone or record
- wOBA decoupled from season metrics and incorporated throughout the util
- Fielding stats, career metrics, win shares, and season metrics added to leaderboards/draft history pages
- Draft utility can now be configured to skip picks, allowing you to create sandwich pick rounds in the util
- Enhanced SQL file load management tools
- Several other minor enhancements and fixes
Patch 2.1
- Custom award voting
- General Manager of the Year voting
Patch 2.2
- You can now schedule your draft out in serpentine fashion.
- You can now display, filter, and sort players based on feeder league stats in the team war room.
- The draft board and team war room pages have been made more efficient to provide faster page load times in leagues with a large number of players.
- Draft board will now display the time a pick was made if logged in as a commissioner.

As with all amateur development, there's probably some bugs that have slipped through the cracks. Feel free to send me any questions via PM or post them here in this forum. I tend to respond to PM's a bit faster, though, and will do my best to fix any issues asap.

There were a handful of minor fixes that need to go in, so I'm releasing Patch 2.1 via the same download link as before.

Two new additions to StatsLab are included as well:
1. Custom award voting
2. General Manager of the Year voting

Could you do us a favor and list the fields that should be checked in the configure MySQL section of OOTP? I've noticed that what's in the ReadMe doesn't quite match the fields that are listed in OOTP.

Patch 1.2.2 is now available for download via the regular Patch 2 link. Enhancements primarily to the draft utility:
1. You can now schedule your draft out in serpentine fashion.
2. You can now display, filter, and sort players based on feeder league stats in the team war room.
3. The draft board and team war room pages have been made more efficient to provide faster page load times in leagues with a large number of players.
4. Draft board will now display the time a pick was made if logged in as a commissioner.
5. Other minor fixes.
