Help importing files

Is there a place I can find a how-to for adding quickstarts, databases, rosters, etc. that we can download off the Internet? I went through the manual and didn't see anything listed there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

C:\Documents and Settings\"your computer"\My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data

Is where most if not all of this is stored, you just need to find the folder with the like items.
