Q. about quick-scouts

If I have a scout scouting a league, will it hurt his effort if every day I ask for as many quick-scouts as possible of players in my league?

Also, how do I scout a country?

My game is for MLB and no other leagues. Does this mean that I cannot scout other countries? It is not one of the options for my scouts.

The quickscouts shouldn't have any effect on your league scouting.

If you want to be able to scout nations, you have to enable the option 'Create and Maintain Hidden Players'. Unfortunately, if you haven't turned this on when you created your league, it's too late- it's one of the only options that can't be changed after game creation. If you start a new league with the option enabled, you should be able to scout a country from your scout's tasklist page, or from 'Explore World' in the Manager menu.
