minor league player movement, and a few other questions

I just installed the demo and have a couple questions before I buy this:

1) I started as the manager of a single A team. I got players a couple days in, set up all my lineups etc, and then in early March I lost most of my players. I grumbled and set up my lineups again. Then in April I got most of my original players back. I grumbled a lot and reset it. Now on May 1 it looks like most of my players have been moved to a different Single A affiliate and I have yet another pile of new players to deal with. Is this normal?

2) I sent my agent off to scout Cameroon, because I could. Now it says he's busy scouting Cameroon, but the duration is 0 day(s). It's been like that for a long time. What gives?

3) I started a new league where I was the major league GM because item #1 annoyed me. During the draft, I had to choose the "skip to my next pick" between each pick. Is there a way to turn that on permanently?

1) - Yes, it's normal, as in real life; your ML GM will call guys up, send them down, etc. Part of the frustration of being a minor league GM...

2) - When you send a scout to a country, he'll stay there until you tell him to do something else. As long as he's in Cameroon, he'll be searching for players, so you should receive the occasional message from him about a player he's discovered (although he won't find very many in Cameroon). So while it probably should say 'indefinitely' instead of '0 days', it is normal.

3) - You can draft 'Complete Draft', but then your Head Scout is making all the selections. Probably not what you want, so the answer is no- you'll have to click that each time.

What he said ^ plus a little extra clarification:

1) The reason much of your team was swept away at the beginning of March was that they were called to (major league) spring training — their return from spring training is the reason they came back at the beginning of April.

2) The duration is 0 days, rather than 'indefinite', because it's telling you how many more days it will take for him to finish. Since any 'Scout Nation' job can be considered done (just unsuccessful) at any given moment, it should always say '0 Days'. If you sent someone to fullscout a player or team it would count down the number of days until the report was completed. You could still reassign the scout to a new mission, but you'd lose the work he'd put in. When scouting a nation you don't lose the work put in.

3) The reason you have to choose that option every round is that some players draft for multiple teams (or every team) in a round. They couldn't do that if it automatically skipped ahead. On the other hand, having an OPTION for automatically skipping ahead sounds like a good feature request for 2008. (hint)
