First daft question

New to the game, just played my first match but couldn't figure out how to substitute a player/pitcher during the game.
Would love some advice.

Not a daft question at all, especially when I realized you were not asking about the inaugural "draft" and had committed a typo in the thread title, which is common on these boards.

When you are in-game, you will notice tabs across the top of the screen as follows: SION Broadcast, SION Webcast, Network, [Team A] Substitutions, [Team B] Substitutions, Options, Box Scores, Game Log. You want to click one of the Substitutions screens, and if you are in control of that team, you can make in-game substitutions there by dragging currently unused players into the line up or pitching boxes.
