I am not sure if this has been addressed before, but is it possible to see if there are coaches/scouts interested in working for your organization without having to offer a handful or more of available coaches a job? It seems to me it would be easier to select from a list of personnel who are actually inclined to sign a deal with you. Thanks for your input.

Right now, no. It's been suggested for the next version, though.
