Adding cities / Countries

Is there an easy way to add cities / Countries into the database without having to export and import anything? Example, I have players from Havana Cuba, but cannot choose Havana? Also have several cities in the US with the same problem.

Not once you've already started the universe, IIRC.

Prior to creating the universe, you can edit the My Documents\Sports Interactive\OOTP Baseball 2007\data\database\cities.txt file.

If I recall, the city may be listed as Habana, or La Habana, for Cuba.
