Some questions regarding the game

Hey all

Had some questions regarding a league that I'm setting up and wondered if some folks could answer them for me.

1) I want to set up a college league. How can I have it so that players will only stay for a maximum of four years bfore being retired or made eligible for being drafted?

2) Can I attach a college league to a major league system later on? LIke say after twenty years I add a MLB league for all players in the college league to go to when they're done playing there.

3) Say I can do #2, and I SIM a few years. Do all the players that "retire" are thy available for drafting as free agents, or are they gone forever?

1) Set the age limits to, say, 19/20/21. Most players will play three, but some will play four. If you added a fourth year, then some would play five.

As for the second two questions, I don't know.

I don't think 2) is possible. See what I said in post #12 in this thread, part of which was about why people were not seeing their feeder league operating properly. It turns out that you cannot just affiliate an existing league to a parent league and expect it to act as a feeder; it has to be set up that way using the Add Minor League button.
