current MLB rosters

Ok so, I am embarrassed to say (I consider myself somewhat computer literate), but I truly cannot for the life of me figure out how to install a mod, I believe they're called. I just want to save the present-day Royals from the albatross that is the KC organization, but I can't figure out how to install the potentially incorrect mod that I think I may have downloaded and unzipped but possibly not. Can anyone help me help KC?
