Newbie Needs HELP PLEASE

Can anybody plese link me the real MLB settings rules. The current rules in the game do not reflect MLB. E.g. Waivers are disabled, I need the real rules. If you have a print screen shot or a file I can download can you please help.

One other question, do MLB clubs share their profits with other teams ?
