Lineups/pitching reset

I'm new to OOTP baseball and have been trying to manage a minor league team to get a feel for game play. Every five days or so, my pitching rotation, lineup, and depth charts revert to the default (which I presume is chosen by the bench/pitching coaches). It is *extremely* annoying to have to reset these constantly. How do I set my team's depth charts so they are fixed?

Andy, welcome to OOTP.

Make sure you have patched the game. The very first item on the latest (second) patch changelist is this:

v.2.0.2 changes

- Fixed AI changing lineups when managing in the minor leagues

Currently, your game startup screen should show this version number in the lower left corner (see below).

Note, however, that a third patch is imminent; it will incorporate this fix and suffice on its own (first and second patches not required) if OOTP does what they have done in the past.

Post back here if you still are having problems.

If you're trying to have full control of your minor league teams, make sure they are set to "human" and not "computer".
