Help Please!!

I had a power outage last night while my game is running. When the power came back on and I re-booted and loaded the game every player in the league, majors and minors is now named Joe Unknown. I'm in my off season of my first season in a fictional leage, Suggestions? Can I go back in time somehow and get my names back? I save the game every day but I did not do a backup.

Without a backup, there's not much that can be done.
