Modify League Totals

Hi - I'm not new to the game, but I have a rather basic question. Also, I am at work and I can't access the game or the rules... I'm sure this has been brought up many times and I tried a search, but to no avail. How do I modify the league totals. I know in previous versions you'd lower the numbers to get more of something. Example, if the At-bats stay the same and if I want more HRs, I'd LOWER the number. Is it the same in this version ? Do I LOWER the numbers to get more of something ?? Thanks !

League Totals: When to Apply Adjustments

Some info in this thread of interest. Use the Modifiers column, not the actual totals for your adjustments. The logic is more easily implemented.
