stuck on selct manager screen

problem:
i downloaded and installed a league file of a league i may join. then i went to the select manager screen of the league. the new feature lists all the gm's in the league. my name is not on that list but i cannot seem to find the exit button the only button that works is select manager on the prompt screen. if i click on a name it asks for password which i don't have.

how do i get out of here??? no other buttons on the game screen work and escape key does not either..

See if there's a "Guest" among the list of manager names.
