Can't assign scout to scout draft pool

They just announced the draft pool and I can't assign my scouts to go check it out. My first year in majors after three years in minors. i think I was able to assign scouts to the draft pool in the minors but the option isn't showing up in the task list now. Anyone got any tips for me?

Scouting the draft pool is not one of the tasks that can be assigned on the Scouting Tasklist. Once the draft pool is announced, you need to go to your league's Transactions page and click the Draft Pool tab. On that page, in the lower right, will be a button to Scout Draft Pool with a selection from your ML scouts.

I had a similar issue and it turned out because I was playing in Commish Mode using the "act as" feature. Just in case you still cant find it.
