Player ratings

I have my player ratings set for a 1-10 scale; however, I've got a player whose Leader Ability is a 12.... can some players exceed the 1-10 scale if they have exceptional ability in that area?

short answer: yes.

I play on a 1-20 scale and was curious about that when I started on this version...it can go above the designated range (read some recent posts regarding the player editor-the normal range goes to 200 and scales down to whatever your designated range is...but the full range goes up to 250, where players between 201-250 in the editor translate to "above the range"-exceptional athletes in a certain attribute)
