Adding Leagues to Established League
I started out my current league with v6 and currently using 2007 with the standard ML, AAA, AA, A setup. I am looking at adding leagues to make the league a little more realistic.
Am I able to add leagues at the start of a season, mid season etc? Also I would like to add a league over seas. I don't want to mess up my current league in the process. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Leagues can be added during the off season. Can't recall off the top of my head if it can be done during pre season or not.
