Questions Regarding Standard Leagues

These may be dumb questions, but I just had a few questions while reading the 2008 manual (getting prepared for 9).

If I just start up a standard league, will all the options that are available be set for MLB rules? I know Markus can't mention MLB in the manual, so I wasn't really sure.
-Will all the Minor League teams be named appropriately?
-Will the Japanese pro league exist?
-Enough feeder teams?
