Where to find Saved Game data

I'm trying to import some logos into my Major League game, but I'm running into difficulty. I've created and named my game, but for some reason the game hasn't created a saved game directory where the online manual says it's supposed to be (in the Program Files directory).

Where can I find the file if it's not there?

look here:
C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 8\data\saved_games

Replace HP_Administrator with whatever your username is.
