Stupid Question - placing somebody on the DL

How do I place someone on the DL?

I can't figure this out....I tried 'right clicking' on their name and I can release, send to a different level, etc....but nothing for DL player???

Is the player actually hurt? If not, you can't DL the guy (clearly). If he is hurt, the right click and transaction menu should be the place to do it.
