Changing Skins

Can the skin of OOTP 9 be changed so it looks more like OOTP 8? I don't like the whole southern Florida, beach resort scheme.

Goto Game > OOTP Preferences...and under 'Current Skin' and select 'ootp blue'. Be patient, it can take a bit of time when switching skins.
