Can I delete major league player photos

I am not planning on playing with the major league teams. I am using the fictional league but when a player in the fictional league has the same name as a major league player it replaces the picture with that major leaguer. I just want to know what will be the effect if I delete that particular major league player's picture.

One of two things will happen:

1. If you're using facegen, then the game will create a picture for him.

2. If you're not usinf facegen, then the default photo will be used for him.
