coach question

Okay so I am playing and I am using the coach and scout settings at normal. I am currently in the market for a new A manager. I have seen some guys that are not good but not bad that I would not mind hiring that do not have any years experience, but they are still asking for big league money. Is there a way to find a guy that can manage the club that is not asking big league money for the lower leagues? Thanks in advance.

Try offering less. Sometimes they accept less.

But there is no where to get like a level search or something like that? I tried to use the one in the filters but it doesn't seem to work.

No, I have never seen a listing of, nor filter for, the requested salary levels of available personnel.
