Need help. Should i buy?

I have a few questions about this game, as I am pretty picky when it comes to sim games.
1. Can i turn of injuries?
2. Am i able to create my own league with MLB players, but custom teams and a fantasy draft?
3. Can i create my own schedule exactly how i want it?
4. Can i control all the teams in my league?

Any help to these questions is greatly appreciated.

As to whether or not you should buy - download the Demo and try the game out. Only you can decide if you'll like the game or not.
