Budget Help
I am playing as the manager of the Angels in 2007, and I want to trade for 1B Mark Teixeira. However, on the trading screen, it always says I can not afford his contract. How do I raise the budget so I have more money for Mark?

No it doesn't, as far as I recall it simply has something to do with fan interest and loyalty.
