Getting Fired/Job offers

I have a question for any of you that have been fired as a manager before.

After getting fired, what's the longest amount of time that you had to wait to get another job offer?

Did any of you ever have it happen that you didn't get another job offer?

(I haven't had this happen to me yet however, I know its just a matter of time.)

I always play in Commish Mode, so I can't get fired, but there is a screen where you can apply for jobs.

The longest I've had to wait for is two seasons. I imagine there's a possibility that the League decides you're not worth having around, but it's never happened to me either.

Also, if your current 'character' appears to be persona non grata, you can always make another within the same league.
