I'm curious if the top prospects list is different if scouts are turned on. From your experience is it a less accurate list with scouts on or does it not seem to make a difference?

Good question.
With scouts OFF, scouting is supposedly accurate.
With scouts ON, it is supposedly decidedly sub-par.
The question is: Does BA use scouting (which it seems it surely should). If it does, then one could expect to see the report to be much less accurate (and therefore different).

I'll be interested if someone has a more definitive answer or has run tests to determine the answer.

Perhaps looking at the player ratings on the BA Top Prospects list, and comparing them with variously scouted reports, would reveal the answer.
