Anybody ever get fired?

I play BMO where so many players tank for prospects you need additional rules to prevent it. I like the firing idea but I am afraid to use it. Has anyone been fired before? What is the criteria for being let go?

The biggest criteria is sticking to your budget.

If you overspend, odds are better you get canned.

That and performance. If your team is really bad, then you're going to get the axe as well...especially if you're closing in on your budget.

Not sure why you're afraid, dave: If you get fired, then odds are you'll get a job offer from another team.
