Where do I set the Random Rating?

I can't seem to find it in version 10. I'm sure I'm looking right past it.

never mind. found it right under player options where it is supposed to be. Can I ask - how come you can't set this up when you first initiate a league? Or can you and I'm just not seeing it?

If you're making the league in Advanced Mode, all of the regular Game Setup options are available to you off the bat.

I did set up in advanced mode, and found the dev and aging rating boxes just fine. Didn't find the random one tho, until after I started the league. Guess I must have just overlooked it. Thx.
