LOL, those are the two default ones that came with the game. Seems strange one is way bigger than the other.

automatically sync stadiums
does anyone know if there is a way to automatically import the stadiums when you start a new game, i dont want to add one by one

Right now I don't think an updated parks file has been released for OOTPX.
