How do you figure out where your team's weaknesses are so as to fix them?

On the League Home Page (but not the Manager Home Page), there are two reports that rate players at their positions, by team or by position. These are really useful for your purpose. See below.

Also, if you go to the trade menu you'll get some info.
Go like you want to make a trade, select a team to trade with and it shows you what the computer thinks your weaknesses are.

Do you mean watching the games in OOTP or do you mean watching real life games on TV? I think you mean OOTP but I'm entirely sure
